Single Barrel Aquaponic System - Complete Kit

Constructed from re-purposed, food grade olive drums, these brilliant little systems are a great starter kit and a perfect system for those with limited space.

Grown your very own fresh herbs, Lettuce, Kale, salad mix, Asian greens etc, right at your back door.

Suitable for use with Golfish, Koi etc, they are the perfect system for introducing children to the wondefrul world of aquaponics.

This system can be run as Flood & Drain using the Bell siphon supplied, or as Constant Flood... whichever you prefer. We recommend running the system as F&D primarily, but on really cold nights the siphon "Bell" can be removed, converting the system to Constant Flood, which is better for the plants in very cold conditions.

Quality: Theses kits are made from re-purposed, used olive drums. While we are very selective when purchasing the drums and only choose the very best, they aren't without their flaws, they do have small scuff marks etc.

Freight & Packaging: Our online store is linked directly to Australia Post for the purposes of calculating postage. There are size/weight limits as to what can be sent via Aust Post, which this kit exceeds, consequently it must be personally picked up from our Belmont store, or pick-up via a freight or courier company must be arranged. Perth Aquaponics does not arrange freight or couriers, this is up to the purchaser.

When purchasing this kit from the online store and having it picked up by a freight or courier company, you must select the "Packing surcharge" option, this is to cover our time & costs associated with packing the kit in a suitable manner for transport. If picking up in person you do not need to select the "Packing Surcharge" option.
